Orders are shipped during regular business hours, 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Refunds and Returns
We want you to enjoy your Zeila Beauty experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact email@example.com with feedback or concerns and we will happily assist you with a refund (minus shipping charges) of our products.
We accept cancellations prior to an item shipping. If you would like to cancel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number before you have received a shipping notice email.
We do our best to ensure that our products are packaged to prevent damages. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact email@example.com with your order # and a photo of the damage as soon as possible.
After orders leave our warehouse, Zeila Beauty is not responsible for the loss of a parcel, delivery errors or damaged parcels. Please ensure your shipping information is up to date before finalizing your order, Zeila Beauty is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
Please note that Zeila Beauty is not responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes incurred for US or International orders. Packages will be marked at full value in accordance with the law.
